Wanted-cheap but effective divorce lawyer

Postby Chocolatecoveredduck » Tue Aug 07, 2007 7:32 am

Well, since Mr. Duck has found out about Mrs. Duck's overseas romance.. and since Mrs. Duck has been gone for 3 months, back home in Kentucky, Mr. Duck thinks he ought to make things official, but not come out boned in the process.

Anyone know anyone? Feel free to PM me. I would like to take care of this as soon as possible, and I think Mrs. Duck would feel the same way now that she's been caught with her hand in the cookie jar.

My brother-in-law has become un-married twice by doing the divorces without attorneys. If Mr. and Mrs. Duck have no children and can agree to disperse assets without court intervention, just do it yourself and save big $$$.

Do some research on the internet regarding Indiana no-fault divorce laws, find the forms, fill 'em out and file. Pretty easy.

Sorry to hear about this, but things have a way of working out.

I've got a Colt ''navy'' revolver, and I would be honored if you borrowed same.

After the lies and deception, I want to do everything in my power to get all I can.

This is totally against my nature, but my trust and love have been shot with said revolver multiple times. It's been an incredible experience. My primary concern is one debt in particular I think she should handle, and I think I may need to have a court order. Not sure. I don't know if she will agree otherwise. Maybe if I offer to make the break clean she'll be okay with it.

Now what to do with all of her shit....

Eh. RP's got women issues. You have to take it with a grain of salt.

You could probably do one of those things where you hire someone to sell the stuff on EBay and they give you like 80 percent of the profit. Then you wouldn't even have to mess with the stuff yourself.

With the right EBAY ad you could take the proceeds and cover your attorney costs. If I'm remembering correctly, one guy made a single post offering everything of his soon-to-be ex-wife explaining the entire story. He said he was going to use all proceeds to pay a divorce attorney and take the rest to make the trip of a lifetime for himself.

A similar approach might prove economically and emotionally worthwhile.
