First it was Paperbackswap, now Swapadvd

Hubby weeded out a stack a couple of weekends and I got them posted and mailed today. 18 of the 32 posted were on someone's waitlist. It was a fairly bizarre and eclectic collection that seemed to capture the taste of the bizarre and eclectic members of swapadvd.

Thought some fellow MOBers might enjoy this as much as I do.

I haven't clicked yet, but it sounds like peerflix. That's a service where you can also list what you have and want. I think they send mailers to help out.

Interestingly, there's just been a huge influx of Peerflix members because of that site closing out trading as of 4/23/08.

SwapaDVD operates strictly on credits (no fee other than the cost of postage to mail your DVD to the requestor.) I think there was a .99 fee as well as postage with peerflix.

I ordered Ringu with my first credit (you get one for posting your first 10 movies.)
