Maybe a nice pie of sorts, but not a pizza ( a thin crust with only tomatoes, or tomato sauce, and mozerella--perhaps with one ingredient beyond, but only one).

Grazie's in downtown uses a very interesting spice (maybe a Sapnish paparika) on its capacola.
